With a bit of writing, a bit of doodling or collage -- physical or digital -- and a bit of scanning or photocopying or printing, anyone can make a zine.
And that's awesome!
We want to encourage making and swapping and sharing zines :D
This community is for sharing zine resources (whether outside links or books or zines, or your own experience), asking questions, talking about plans and projects and progress, chatting about zines ... if it's zines, we're here.

The Zine Arranger: an app to help you put your zine pages in order (I've used it to make templates, too!)
Tiny Zine Swap Shop: an entire resource for a DIY minizine-making workshop
Stolen Sharpie Revolution: a DIY resource for zines (and a zine culture, but it's not the only culture, just saying)

Community Guidelines
- Don't be a jerk. Self-explanatory, one hopes. If someone is being a jerk, please let us know.
- Don't start zine purity wars. There are a lot of kinds of zines and ways to make zines. See also the first guideline.
- We're here for everyone, regardless of skill level. Please don't assume everyone has access to fancy equipment, materiel, or skillsets. Similarly, don't disparage anyone's efforts.
- Label your stuff. Got links to resources? Links to your own stuff? Other things? Please say what it all is, blind links suck.
- Nazi zinesters fuck off. Many zines, especially personal zines, can and do cover social and political topics, personal concerns and more. Those are great! Zines and and other material, or comments or posts, that are bigoted, fascistic, and otherwise discriminatory? Those will get nuked without mercy and your arse will eat a ban. Fullstop.
